All Spectrum Counseling is permanently closed and is no longer accepting clients.  Former clients may request a copy of their treatment records by contacting Lizzette Peregrina, LPC, at lperegrina@allspectrumcounseling.com.  To facilitate your request, please include your full name, date of birth, and the approximate dates of service. All requests will be processed in accordance with HIPAA regulations, Arizona law, and professional ethical standards.  Client records will be retained as follows:    •   For adult clients: Records will be retained for six years after the date of the last service.    •   For minor clients: Records will be retained until the client reaches age 21, or six years after the date of last service—whichever is longer.  Please submit your request before the applicable retention period expires to ensure availability.  Thank you for the opportunity to support your mental health journey.
